Why this page

Weathered yellow two-way street sign on a textured rustic brick wall. Urban art style.
About BFF

I’ve spent years building businesses. From small but steady company to large scale industry standard.

Then, I took a different path: the startup route.

That meant grants, investors, boards, advisors, VC pitches, and accelerators.

It also meant risk, uncertainty, and almost losing everything.

I built this site because no one prepares you for what really happens when you go from running a business to running a startup.

Most advice out there is about growth, funding, scaling. But there’s not enough talk about what happens to the founder.

What happens to your health, your time, your identity?

What happens to the business you already built?

What happens when you realize this isn’t just about making a product—it’s about surviving the process?

About BFF

I’m Steinarr Logi Nesheim, a film producer and entrepreneur.

I run Polarama, a production services company, and Massif Network, a platform for location scouting.

I’ve worked on big productions. I’ve built businesses. I’ve also pushed a startup to the edge and had to fight to keep it all together.

This site is where I put everything I’ve learned—the things I wish I had known when I started.

This is not a site-to-sell service, but feel free to reach out to contact@bestforfounders.com for questions or thoughts.
